About the event
The Boss Chick Dance Workout (BCDW)®️ Twerk 101 is a 60-minute introductory, instructional twerk class. The class consists of a warm-up, a breakdown of BCDW Signature Steps, and twerk drills to perfect the steps learned.
This is the perfect class to practice your twerk skills before hitting a regular BCDW Twerk Cardio class or Twerkshop.
Get fit, get lit with your twerk besties, build confidence, learn to twerk, and burn major calories!
