Service Description

Start your fitness journey with a Client Discovery session at BellePhysique. In this session, we'll get to know each other and I'll take the time to understand your high-level needs and goals. I'll also introduce you to my training philosophy, so we can tailor the perfect fitness plan just for you. Let's take the first step towards achieving your fitness goals together.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 60 minutes before class start. In the event of a cancelation, the class credit will be returned to your account if cancelation is received by the stated cutoff. No shows will be treated as a late cancelation and therefore will result in forfeiture of the paid class session.
